ACube Systems (http://www.acube-systems.biz) has announced that the Sam440 will so get an OEM version of AmigaOS 4.1. Even though the Sam440 has lots of features, it is only a motherboard. Expect to see systems with the Sam440 [in Europe] soon.

This blogging software is cool. I sure isn’t Joomla or Bitweaver. Since this site is about themes that are very strong inspirations to me it would be a natural start for my first podcast. Maybe I’ll call it a mediacast, or something like that.
I drew this concept pager in chalk for Amiwest. I don’t remember if it was 2000 or 2001, but it was before the launch of the iPod. I figured one would have a wireless connection for data and a headphone jack for music listening. You can see I like lots of buttons.

AmigaOS has long been in the running with Duke Nukem as the number one vaporware product of all times, but that has changed, AmigaOS 4.0 has been released for compatible PPC and 680×0 Amiga personal computers.
Why AmigaOS when you have modern OSs, like Windows XP, Mac OS X, and Linux? That depends on what the OS will be doing. This site will is devoted to technology that a huge footprint OS is a waste of valuable resources.
The next version of the OS, AmigaOS 4.1, was announced recently at: http://www.hyperion-entertainment.biz:8080/news/2008-07-11
